Shipping FAQs

What is your turnaround time?

We aim to fulfil print orders in approximately 8-12 business days plus shipping.

Do you use tracked delivery?

Yes, we only use tracked. We want you, and us, to be able to keep an eye on where your packages are!

If you live in the Christchurch area we also allow you to pick up from our workshop in Diamond Harbour, or if we can, we can even sometimes drop your order off to you.

How much for delivery?

It depends on how many and what size you order. Here’s a rough guide, prices will differ between North and South Island, please be honest when selecting your destination;

• Smaller prints and print packs $9:50

• A3 and similar from $12:50 - $13.50

• A2 and larger from $15.50 - $22.00

Do you deliver overseas?

Not yet. At this point, we’d like to focus on getting it right, here in New Zealand.

Do you include packaging?

Yes we do! We use flat packing for up to and including A3 and tubes for larger sizes. We are very very particular about how we package your beautiful work, we only use recycled or reused paper/cardboard where possible and try our best to minimise any plastic.

What if the package and or contents arrive damaged?

Take a quick picture on your phone on delivery and get it to us ASAP. We’ll happily replace any damaged goods.
